Waylon was remarkable. Extremely polite and respectful. With these record breaking cold temperatures companies are taking advantage and raising their cost sky high. But not miller hear/air. The cost of my repairs were by far a lot lesser than I expected it to be. Can't brag enough about this company.
For the past 6 years I have been using a HVAC company in Tulsa, OK. For those past 6 years I have been constantly given the run around, over billed, waited over 24 hours for service calls, etc. When my HVAC system finally decided to quit this summer, I called them. After being quoted over $10k, I thought "there has to be someone better out there." Come to find out there was, Miller Heat and Air! Waylon and Beth treated my situation like it was their own and that was such a relief. From the initial quote to finishing the install, the professionalism from these two was top-notch!
